Indeed , same age as my dad when he went… he didn’t quite make it to 68 but for months… really only realise now how much he and we missed out on now he’d be nearly 82 .. to be honest he’d have hated the Covid era so pleased he missed that but he’d have loved the Olympics 😞
He’d be pleased at the progress against pancreatic cancer though…. Or at least beginning to get there. [Post edited 11 Jul 12:16]
