Which is ridiculous.
But it does show that we need to sell players to become sustainable.

If we stay up we can make £50 million plus of transfers out without even blinking, let alone any wanting to move on to better things. You'd imagine Clarke, Philogene, Mehmeti, Mcateer, Egeli(?), Taylor, Nunez, Akpom, Kipre, Palmer, Walton, Greaves, could all be looked at moving on depending on 100 permutations obviously.
And conversely if we go down you'd imagine we can sell 5 or 6 of the big names for £100 million or so. We wouldn't necessarily recoup every penny, but nor would we lose everything either. So no matter what we'll get a chunk of money back by default almost, barring something truly disastrous. |  | | |
