Expected goals gets a hard time on here but it's a valuable analysis on how you attack and, if its constantly low then the signs are you are going through clinical phase.

Because he made his millions in another business than football.

I would say he must be a good delegator, but he certainly hasnt found the right staff to do that in his whole time at the club, from managers to Managing directors.
