He wasn't having it and moved back into the crowd to get away.
They followed him in and tried to physically drag him out.
The Cov fans were getting between him and the stewards, and the first punch was thrown.
Then more punches followed as they gradually dragged him out, then it really kicked off two or three stewards took a number of smacks, including a female.
One steward in particular started fighting back (I won't describe him) and it started to get really out of hand, they looked like they were going to completely lose control at one point as more and more Cov fans were piling in.
Eventually it calmed down, but the absence of OB was a real issue. | |

We witnessed it from back of SBRL. Clearly saw the steward throwing punches!

That bloke they threw out was a kno*. He was giving it large to Town fans right from the off which is why the response team dragged him out. Good job they did. |  |
