One for the TWTD hive mind.
I work in Norwich city centre, and there's a loading bay opposite my office. As a result of recent roadworks, it's had the metal sign removed from the lamp post, but still has the white markings and 'LOADING ONLY' text on the road.
Is it enforceable as a loading bay in its current state? The council have closed all of the public car parks, and it would be useful to have somewhere to park if I want to drive in when it's raining! |  |
