I think it’s fairly obvious by now Boris Johnson is almost certainly got something hanging over his head. One of the most self-serving and morally bankrupt PM’s I remember in my lifetime and that takes some doing.

It's really quite impressive that he makes the small-minded, weak, reactionary and ultimately, sleazy, Major look statesmanlike by comparison.

I saw a reference to Cummings as the Roy Keane of the Civil Service the other day. That made me chuckle. Presumably they meant a hard man image, but I can't get the image out of my mind of Cummings lining up the Cabinet and checking the size of their forearms.
