Season ticket refunds 17:12 - Jun 14 with 1570 views | leftback | So what are they gonna do?? Whatever they do is bound to upset someone, so it’s a no win situation. From a personal perspective, I’m not to too worried if they keep me money as I pay for mine via DD and just let it carry on, on the other hand I pay for my sons outright - so I haven’t renewed his as didn’t want to part with the money when I theory they ‘owe’ us for games we’ve missed as well as not knowing we will be able to return to games..... Gonna be interesting what they come up with, can’t see a straight refund for missed games will be an option

Possibly the best thing to do would be to offer a pro rata refund for those who wish to apply.....and confer some special status on those who choose to waive their right to a refund. Future priority for something. Extra beers from the manager. Something like that.

They may just ask people not to claim a refund so they can keep it as a donation. I wonder though if that may see too many ask for their money back. Everyone will be in a different situation financially. Maybe offer a small amount of shares in the club for those who don't claim a refund. Largely meaningless but something that would be an emotional pull.

Fortunately mr Evans runs it as a business and not a football club and so hopefully I will get my refund for the 5 or 6 games I have already paid for upfront a year ago.

It's all under discussion, as of the end of last week they were waiting on the EFL for more details regarding money that's being clawed back by sponsors for the games that weren't played. My expectation from the conversations I've had is that they'll offer fans the chance to take refunds but also the opportunity of money off season tickets in future seasons and/or merchandise or similar.

I don't think the T&Cs specify the number of games in a season - it just entitles you to watch every league game in any given season which they could argue they have fulfilled now the league has voted to end it.
