I loaded into my gif editing software abd looked at it frame by frame.
I thought there was some markings on the door of the car - perhaps Police.
It's either the shadow cast by the dent in the door or the interior of the car as the door might be missing.
The motorcyclist flashes his* indicator after going through the incident 'cos he obviously doesn't want to be done for not indicating.

Worst I know was a guy (who I no longer ride with for obv reasons) who took a slip road onto a Spanish dual carriage way and didn't realise he was going the wrong way, for 7 miles.
He said the cars were flashing him but he thought that was to warn of an upcoming speed trap. Then he looked over and noticed the cars on the other side were going in the same direction as him...

That indicator flash seems very bright, it isn't possible for the motorbike to do a full 180 and flash its headlights after the event, is it?
