Dyer for Colchester would make sense wouldn't it 12:35 - Jul 14 with 596 viewsTerry_Nutkins

Saw Wayne Brown in the mix but Colchester would seem ideal for Dyer to throw his name in. Local, Remit is to work closely with academy and i imagine Dyers links with Ipswich and possible loans from us would appeal.

Feel like Dyer needs to get going now if he's to be a manager.

Poll: Genuine answers please on what you would choose next season!

It'd be a great first step in his career.

When I heard the job had become available I instantly thought of Dyer, Atay and Nash, although it sounds like they're keen to go in house from what Phil say's.

I think the job may be a bit of a graveyard for anyone external, just working almost solely with academy players and no budget to speak of, combined with a very powerful board of directors who seem to know exactly what they want
