Did a fair bit of food today, pretty much what we'd normally do on a normal Saturday. We only had to kick a few people out, a couple for standing at the bar who refused to sit down and people pissing in the garden/car park. We can only have one in/one out in the toilets ATM. Feels strange wearing a screen all day, I've got a red rectangle across my forehead running above my eyebrows. They're not very comfortable when you've got a proper sweat on in a hot kitchen, might have to invest in an Ian Cranson-style headband to wear underneath it. |  |

Whoever designed this stuff hasn't factored in going in and and out of hot ovens and standing in front of boiling deep-fat fryers, I keep getting greased and steamed up. We have a shedload of PPE and different kinds of masks. I'll have a nose about tomorrow and find something more comfortable and practical. | |
