Overall not bad.. 16:52 - Aug 22 with 827 views | TieDyedIn95 | A couple of mistakes gave them two goals, second half we were much better although we did struggle to break down a few of Spurs teenagers towards the end which was frustrating as we should be doing better against 16 year olds. Biggest complaint for me is the fact when we have the ball going forward we are not looking and just playing balls into empty space for them to collect. We still look as toothless up front as last season too, so when the midfield is playing the ball in, no one is there to take advantage. So basically it's what we know, not that great up top and we've got mistakes in us. [Post edited 22 Aug 2020 16:57]

Same as the end if last season then haha I'm looking forward to the season starting now haha To be fair, spurs are probably fitter than us and are much better.

This is a Prem team (who were playing in the Prem 4 weeks ago so will be much more match fit). I saw some good individual performances there - KVY, Dobra and Nsiala first half, Ndaba especially second, but most of the second half team put in a decent performance. You seem to be a bit of a glass half empty kind of person.

It wasn't that bad though, although we were far from good. We were toothless upfront and we do have mistakes in us. I don't know what really I can add to that. Sears worked hard but wasn't sure what he was actually trying to do at times, good to see him back with a bit more pace though.

We got into good positions in the box at least twice but lacked support so finished with weak passes going to white shirts, instead of getting shots in. Nice to see us mostly playing the ball on the floor, not much hoofball, and where there was long-range passing it was mostly accurate.
