I am trying to get through to them to ask why my ticket account says ‘no code’ for the game today despite being a season ticket holder. When I ring up an automated message says the ticket office is currently closed. Can anyone help??

Surely the lack of a code a season ticket Holders ITFC ticket account is an ITFC problem not an iFollow one.
