Somebody at work is a roadkill freak and keeps all sorts of stuff in the freezers. It honked a bit when the freezers broke once (needed a whole redecoration of whole wing of a rather large building).

Sounds pretty good and tasty to me. Never eaten squirrel or Muntjac- but have been told by many that it’s the king of venison. Bit of a treck north Suffolk to beautiful Bury, but we’ll give it a look when lockdown lifts. |  |
