As far as I know, yes. They are tightening the border and checking for negative tests.
I don't blame them, Germany looks bad but France looks awful and the SA variant is established. It's madness that France isn't on the hotel quarantine list for entry into the UK.
Hancock is going to have to U-turn before the end of the weekend I would think.

Given they are restricting movement between themselves I don't think that could be the case.
Especially given France once again today threatened to stop sending us second doses which they know is an awful thing to do.
