Really annoys me when you see flats upon flats being built or ' new builds' popping up and taking over greenspace

Then when someone comes up with something that you would think would be a great use of land, it gets rejected.

An application for an almost identical development in Pinewood was approved a few months ago. Application in for similar in Halesworth.

Did you read the reasons given by the planning officers for refusing the application?

Specifically the fact that local health services were already operating at their peak.

I agree it sounds excellent as a concept but all these other things have to be taken into account as well.
