Hes been head of academy which has all sorts of problems.

I am certain they will have a high profile man to come in and do the major part of LON's role. He may stay and do what he is good at because I understand he has been left to do about 3 different roles and without proper support for any of them. |  |

Yes, LON has also been instrumental in building back some of the community links which were carelessly abandoned. It would be good for the club if he stays around but in a sensible role, not trying to do the five jobs he has been for the last two years. |  |
