Imo Lee has to. He may be a lovely guy.

But hes been heavily involved in our sports science which seems the worst of all clubs
Hes been head of academy which has all sorts of problems.

He definitely imo needs to be moved on.

I am certain they will have a high profile man to come in and do the major part of LON's role. He may stay and do what he is good at because I understand he has been left to do about 3 different roles and without proper support for any of them.

People defend him because they see him as a nice guy, but he's said some of the most baffling things we've ever heard here. So I won't be missing him, we need someone with a bit more experience beyond the PE stuff.

Yes, LON has also been instrumental in building back some of the community links which were carelessly abandoned. It would be good for the club if he stays around but in a sensible role, not trying to do the five jobs he has been for the last two years.
