I don't think expectations were high for tonight but even so 19:30 - Apr 13 with 543 viewsSteve_M

That was poor throughout, our use of the ball and decision making remain poor and we're far too ready to pass backwards rather than look forwards.

The goals were both really poor, two decent balls in but the defence collectively was all over the place. Heads notably dropped after the first one - again - but we've looked slightly livelier since going down to ten.

I'm still amazed at how little difference Cook has made to this team, clearly too late for most of these players.

Still a slight chance that a goal for us changes the game, not sure Wimbledon are that good but they do know what they want to do and have executed it well.

What's a 'goal Steve? We will be lucky to have a shot on target if anything.

As I said the other day....get the ball in the box...get bodies in the box and see what happens.

And Wimbledon have shown what can happen.

Am genuinely worried....we've actually got worse under Cook. I cannot fathom what he is trying to get us to do.

We can't attack... we just get to the corner and stuck. All other teams that punish us are passing in toward the edge of the box from out wide.

So, as usual, we just get the ball away - and finally our defence have been pushed as far as they can and have faltered.

If we keep running into dead ends, the slight chance of a goal won't come unless they gift us a chance.

Watch the 2nd half closely and watch where we move the ball as we go forward and compare it to their movement. There lies the key to why we're getting embarrassed week in week out.
