Season one was good. Season two was ok but not as good. Season three I haven't bothered with as I have no interest in where it seems to be heading.

Since you enjoyed the first series the second should still be worth watching for you. The third is OK but goes off on a tangent. Thandiwe Newton basically carries the show in the latter series.

no dont waste your time, none of the cool mysteries & stuff they setup in season 1 are ever explained or gone into more depth.

its the classic US tv series thing where they had an original unique take on a story idea that they developed into the first season, and hadnt a scooby doo clue what to do next when it became an unexpected hit, because they never thought further than the season 1 finale, so it just starts randomly going off in all kinds of crazy directions,some characters just randomly wander around aimlessly, some disappear, and random stuff happens because plot needs it to happen.

stop at season 1, youll remember it as a masterpiece
