Well it seems to be about a desperate City Council, seemingly awash with money, allowing daft ideas to prevail in the name of drawing tourists and shoppers to Oxford St.

Either that or it's about 25m high.

Amazing to think that anyone would pay £6.50 to climb an artificial hill that's not even high enough to see very much from.

I genuinely think some people would pay to walk along the pavement if you put a sign up and tried charging them.

There should certainly be harsh punishments for adults who ride their bikes on the pavement.
