Order some lateral flow tests online, will arrive Thursday if you order them tonight only come in packs of 7 though.
You get a booklet in that explaining what to do. Basically just input the information and the code and you get sent a text and an email and just have to show one of them. |  |

download track and trace app on phone, and upload test result on that. they then text you/email you.
or, if all else fails, get it done at the ground before game, but does take 30mins for test to be complete |  |

You don’t upload LFT results on the t&t app only full pcr results.
LFT tests are easy, as was said they will arrive the next day when ordered.
I’ve done about 6-7 in the last 1- days due to work travel and being pinged as a close contact. No need to do the gag throat swab for an LFT just do 10 times on each nostril and wait 30 mins and you’re good to go.
I’m double jabbed but I’m still going to take a test on Saturday morning anyway |  |
