Our coachiong team is abysmal. No experience amongst them. Think it might get to the point where Ashton has to pull rank and insist an experienced number two is brought in. |  |

An experienced number 2 is able to question decisions and enforce their own views and ideas, I doubt the two, relatively new, coaches who are mates with him are telling him what to do or to re-think decisions | |
