One springs to mind, Coventry.

They got promoted from league two the season we got relegated from the Championship. They were in a right slump prior to that season.

Fast forward a couple of seasons and we are heading for league two and they are in with a shout of the Premier league.

Things do change in football quite quickly, just can't see it happening to Town any time soon though.

Yes. Mainly because whenever I think positively it all goes wrong so I’m trying reverse psychology.
