So much wrong with that – a spear tackle and a fairly high one while the kicking player is already off the ground. But to also do that as a big forward against a scrum half when he’s kicking and not defending himself ... cowardly and nasty.

No you do not do that in rugby. No more than you would two footed tackle a footballer without the ball in his possession. Also was not even a tackle as he did not use his arms.
