Who else thinks Paul Cooks 09:10 - Oct 31 with 925 views | backwaywhen | Statement …. Our problems at 3pm are still our problems at 5 , are down to his naivety and nouse setting up a formation/ tactics specially with yesterday’s scenario of missing squad members.
Who else thinks Paul Cooks on 09:14 - Oct 31 with 876 views | strikalite | I've no idea why he didn't match Plymouth up with a 3-5-2 given our situation, he's hell bent on not changing, two left sided players on the right? Couldn't believe it.. [Post edited 31 Oct 2021 9:35]

That’s why I posed the question , he really does come across as a one trick pony at times , it begs the question is he really the problem himself ?

I wonder if he’ll be off in January.

Do you really just switch to a ne4w formation to suit the opposition? Isn;t that the sort of thing he would rightly be criticised for?
Who else thinks Paul Cooks on 13:51 - Oct 31 with 532 views | Burns7 | I agree with him, the problem is Paul Cook. Until that changes we’re stuck.

He doesn't switch to any other formation, of course it's just my opinion, but looking at what we had I think it was staring him in the face, also let's give sides something to worry about, Bonne and Piggott as a partnership, two goal scorers, we have to find a way of getting him on the pitch though...

I think the suggestion was more to do with personnel available to us. However, how easy it is for players to adjust to a system they have not trained in I am not sure. Is it any easier to play on the right in the position you would normally play on the left? (Coulson may have played RM previously too so I saw someone post.) I think whatever formation we played, it is about who plays wide right. Maybe a narrower midfield with Harper playing would have worked but it is a big change.
