Can already see what happens after the game overshadowing the performance 22:52 - Dec 7 with 800 viewsThe_Romford_Blue

No matter what happened, and the bloke who pushed Walton is a disgrace, the attention shouldn’t be diverted from the disgrace that was tonight’s efforts. All 10 outfield players were a disgrace to the shirt.

I think pretty much everyone is double-barreled on this one. John Mccririck could have flown down on Shergar while Paul Daniels was pulling Jimmy Hoffa out of his arse and it wouldn't be enough to divert attention away from tonight's performance.

I am angrier at the fans' behaviour at the end of the game tbh. But yes - the performance was poor.

The bloke who pushed Walton is a disgrace. No defending that.

The shouting at the players bit and ‘not fit to wear the shirt’ chants… I don’t actually have a problem with that you know. Usually I would but tonight was that bad. I left early ffs. Simply because screaming sh*t at them was winding me up enough to make me need to leave. So I left with about 90 seconds of injury time to go for the first time ever at an away game. The players not bothering to put in effort to run ffs at times.. not acceptable. Worst performance I’ve ever seen.

It’s obviously wrong but maybe just maybe it will light a fire under this dismal squad of loafers.

It depends what was being shouted really, doesn't it

You can’t have an opinion on both. You need to be out raged by the actions after the game (and rightly so) but cannot then aim criticism at the players.
