Just chucking his name out there given that he might be available soon and I assume we will miss out on Paul Cook.

He is a long ball merchant. Makes Micks football look Brazilian.

He's one that would be available for a good reason.

I met him in a lift once. Seemed a nice bloke.

Harris gets a “no” from me. As do the cowlegs and Cook.

Dyer all the way with Butch/GB assisting/mentoring.

I wasn’t advocating him either.....merely predicting his demise at Cardiff a week ago and the fact he would then go on our list.

Cook for me. Proper manager.

There’s certainly a stateable case for Cook.

Far preferable to the cowlegs. I don’t get some of the cowleg revisionism that’s going on although I recognise there are sensible posters who are advocating them.

I’m all in on Dyer. I think it’s what we and the club need. One of our own. Time to reconnect. I don’t think we should underestimate the value of that. Especially now.

So now you hold an elevated opinion of him.

Dyer who has no mangerial experience whatsover supported by Butcher who has two failures at League Two level. I don't think the club can afford to experiment at this stage.

You've just got to cellar that theory to the owner.

Well this thread has aged spectacularly badly - even by my own low standards.

11 months ago I was a bit worried that ME might go for Harris as a typically uninspiring punt if we couldn't get Paul Cook. Marvellous.
