No it’s for all members (not s/t holders)

I just tried to buy one to see if it worked for me and not getting the reduced price either. Must be a bug.

The trick is to log in before you add the tickets to your basket, as opposed to adding to your basket then logging in. If you do that, they all appear as £11.50 tickets (including booking fee).
