My opinion on the playoffs has now changed somewhat 17:08 - Mar 19 with 1114 viewsIllinoisblue

I want every fooking team in there to lose and suffer heartbreak. MK are soulless scum, Oxford 3-sided filth, Wycombe wannabe rockstar manager w@nkers, and fook all the rest of them.

I don’t really hold any grudges against them tbh, this is all our own fault. We have crowds 3/4 x bigger than some of our promotion rivals, budgets that blow them out of the water, infrastructure they could only dream of etc and yet we struggle to beat any of them in a game of football.

Lots of lessons to learn from this season.

Or we could just take care of our own business.

Hopefully it's Sheffield Wednesday or Sunderland, and we can put the likes of Plymouth, Oxford and MK Dons in their place next year.

Well, quite. But we didn’t. So I hope everyone else’s xmas is ruined.

Tbh the only team in that top six that’s looked very capable has been Rotherham. None of the others are anything special in my view…. And as I’ve said on another thread just now, had we not dropped 15 points from winning positions at the start of the season, we’d be top now.

Next season is ours 👍

I like Plymouth, but you wonder if they stay down if they would have as good a season next year, plus it’s a good away day, so they can stay down.

Other than the ITFC connection with the coaching staff, there’s not many redeeming features about McDons.

Oxford, Wycombe and Portsmouth are all sheethouse wunkers and can stay down.

By all accounts Sheff Wed might be in financial trouble if they don’t go straight back up, which if true, they won’t be as strong next season.

So by default, I want Sunderland to go up…. The biggest club in the division and with their resources will always be a threat, and it’s a crap away section, so that won’t be missed.
