I'm assuming he means it is a good move for Adem - going to Aston Villa's Cat 1 Academy. It would also seem that Gerard Nash is also there now.

Probably won't make a lot of odds on that front, Steve McGavin works in their academy recruitment and will be well aware of our youngsters having recruited a fair few of them himself.
