You know what, we often say this about intro interviews but he really does.
He says something along the lines of he got to show his defensive qualities at Morcambe, playing for a team at the bottom of the league, but he's ready to show his ability on the ball for a team 'who will have the lions share of posession'.

Lee Evans was Captain when we played Morecambe at Portman Road early in the season. It's more likely that that is what he's remembered. | |

(around the 38 second mark): He seemed quite pleased that McKenna spoke to him about his whole career so far and what he's done in the past with teams who dominate posession and how he wants to bring that back to his game in a team who will have a lot of the ball. It sounded like KMck spoke to him with great knowledge of what he can do, has done and believe he will do.
It would have been easy to sign him off a great season, but it seems they know from his past that he can do even more. |  |
