I’d say not much tbh as we will have targeted the specific players that fit the profile McKenna is seeking. Money isn’t a problem for us . We won’t suddenly deviate from targets to someone else I doubt hectare we’ll get in a few million in loose change .

Depends how it comes doesn't it.

If Swansea get all the dosh upfront I assume so will we unless we structured an odd sell on clause.

If it's 8 mil up front well get 20% of that (or whatever the clause says) and then as performances clauses are triggers 20% of each payment so if it's another mil after playing say 50 games, at the point we get another 200k

I think we had a significant budget anyway… and still expect multiple signings, that will be our biggest of the window.

Perhaps Downes appetite just increases ceiling on fees.

No much as a portion of it will come in installments over the next couple years depending how he gets on at West ham appearance wise.

So we just pay our transfer fees in instalments too, swings and roundabouts etc....

We will have more money to pay out larger instalments......
