Any conversions after the 3 games?

My nephew is 100% committed to town now - even with the Lincoln loss he is demanding he comes to every game now!

Even without the #packoutpr promotion, there's only been 2 league games we've had less than 25,000 for, and one of those was Bristol Rovers on a Tuesday night

I think the really great thing is that with the feel-good factor around the club, and the bigger crowds, youngsters are much more likely to show interest in the club, rather than supporting some Premiership club. It is also good to see that amongst the new fans listed on the big screen there were quite a few girls.

My daughter has become absolutely mad about Town this season. It’s just everything about the club, at the moment, and have to say a combination of the football we play, the crowd atmosphere, and an uptick in the pre match, especially the branding and music on screen in unison with boards, and whatever that song is, just ahead of kick off, it’s now more an event, but with the football still front and centre for us oldies.

Also I’ve never seen the Town with so many wall to wall Town shirts. You don’t really see other teams shirts that much anymore.

The club are doing a great job of firing up Suffolk, and Blues beyond.

This used to be the case in the late 90s, and then faded as the team did. Nothing like a successful team, winning the majority of home matches, to get kids engaged again. Well, promotion helps here too.

Got my two season tickets this season, oldest (10) gets it more, really engaged in what’s going on etc.
As we walked down lastnight she said ‘I feel so pumped for this’ (first night game as on school nights it’s too much to take them)
Was coat off pre match and singing, punching the air, screaming at ref… tears in the eye with pride!

We’ll be good again... one day

I think 10 is old enough for the midweek games now, I used to go from about 6 and I turned out 'ok'. :D

We usually take our now 11 yr old for midweek games too - and have done for some while. She's never had a problem getting up on the following morning for school.

We just limit how much of the cask ale she has in Beatties afterwards for midweek games.

Ashton said right at the start of his appointment that there’s a whole grverstion lost to Tien because the Club didn’t engage and the yella filth took advantage of that. We’re regaining ground a startling rate , thank god !

Ashton was right and so are you. It is a great start on and off the pitch - McKenna was right in saying that. The momentum is there and the name of the game is to keep the pace of change up in accordance with their plans. It’s all good and I hope the owners really can see the potential here.
