Odd bunch. Listening to their conversations on the tram after the game up there earlier in the season you’d have thought they were a top premier league side. Seemed obvious on the day they were heavily reliant on Bannan (again), and unlikely to have the consistency needed to be top 2. | | | |

Wednesday supporters are ok. One thing that’s odd about them is that on Owlstalk, time and time again I read they have the strongest squad and the best team. Not all of them say that but there is a general feeling. What underpins that is that they are the biggest, most powerful club in this division.
The last claim might be true from a potential perspective, but in crowd terms, not at the moment - that’s Derby. Regarding the squad I’m certainly not convinced. Their team last season and this looks a bit disjointed. For this level they have some good players, but overall I’m not impressed.
Given the players we ha£ out on Tuesday, it might just be us that has the strongest squad, though we all look at our own clubs through rose coloured spectacles. |  | | |
