Now we're at the business end of the season, how are things going for Suffolk's clubs? Any promotions on the cards (or already happened?)

Ipswich Wanderers - back to back titles.... by itfcjoe 18 Apr 2023 8:24
.....and now move into Step 4.

Great achievement, and they should be up there competing with the top Suffolk sides in the non-league as Ipswich's second team

Another good night at the club last night as Ipswich Wanderers under 23s won 8-1 against Bacton to confirm promotion… 2 more games left to see if they can go up as champions! (SIL Division 3)

Due to Telford's relegation I've got a fair few new grounds to look forward to next season, including Leiston and Needham Market. Should be fun.

There'a always a silver lining ! I genuinely hope Rochdale fans are able to look at it this way at the moment.

Leiston have made the playoffs and are playing their last game on Saturday with a chance of automatic promotion (though Tamworth are one point above them with a game in hand, playing tonight). Promotion would see them go to National League North or South.

Good luck to them. I suspect they'll go North, same as Lowestoft did when they went up. Local derby with Kings Lynn (if they don't go up as well) and nice short trips to Spennymoor and Darlington :(

My mistake - no chance of autos now but definitely in the playoffs

Sudbury and Lowestoft will be in the play offs in Isthmian North and Felixstowe pretty likely to join them - so you'd hope one Suffolk club would get up (with Sudbury best equipped to)

Being in that league would not end well for them i'd imagine, like Lowestoft it's too expensive with all the travelling and harder to attract better quality players.
