The run rate was the saving grace for England yesterday even in those periods where we looked slightly vulnerable. Not seen much of Head as a Test cricketer but his scoring rate makes the next season very interesting.

England have a bit of a problem at the moment, going for far too many runs without looking like taking a wicket. I suppose this is why Head has been so good for Australia recently.

I know its not a bowlers pitch but we don't look like taking 20 wickets in the match, those missed opportunities are so critical!
