Assuming its gone to the bottom, as the result of something as simple as a propulsion failure.
They'll have between one and four days, probably less. If the pressure hull has been breached, there won't be much hope.

Going to the bottom of the North Atlantic safely is accepted to be as difficult as going into the space, but Ocean Gate tried to make it routine.
