B hell how scary is this on 15:37 - Jun 19 by ThisIsMyUsername | Very scary! But presumably they'll have systems in place for this type of event to recover the sub with everyone safe and well (assuming the sub is still intact)? |
Assuming its gone to the bottom, as the result of something as simple as a propulsion failure. They'll have between one and four days, probably less. If the pressure hull has been breached, there won't be much hope. Going to the bottom of the North Atlantic safely is accepted to be as difficult as going into the space, but Ocean Gate tried to make it routine. At a cost for a 90 minute stay on the bottom of $250,0000 [Post edited 19 Jun 2023 21:04]
