Seems they put in planning permission for a Spa for "personal use". Not sure those who donated had that in mind tbh

Is it not more a case that is being suggested that they blagged planning permission using his name rather than spent actual donated money on it!?

Guess that's what will come out in the final report, would be a lot better than using the funds for their own gain.
