Took me 10 mins to find the live stream - was logged in, absolutely zilch at the "match centre", Had to do a google search to find it, and even then it was hidden in a dull narrow grey strip at bottom of screen :(

No volume control is very annoying - used to be able to turn up to max so I could hear the comms in next room. Can't hear it there now even with laptop speakers at full blast. | |

Ridiculous that you have to search for anything on match day. Obviously it should just be there as you login, took me a few minutes on the first game to find the build up. Ifollow wasn’t much better.
Also are the town comms actually at away games? Sounds distant and like they’re watching a feed, can you switch to home commentary? |  | | |

I think other people have switched to home comms, I couldn't find an option to do so. Could have gone to SW's site I suppose, but didn't want to do that.
Continues to grate particularly because those in Suffolk/Essex can get BBC radio comms for free, but those of us outside of it are in effect penalised by having to pay to listen  (despite paying our BBC TV licence same as the rest, which helps subsidise radio). | |

Thanks for the suggestion, but I absolutely hate headphones!
Might have to get stuck in to nuisance task of swapping laptop & everything else on both desks from the summer one to winter one (faces south, so problem of direct sun in eyes in summer). Have leads there for pair of powerful ext. speakers. | |

What device/browser are you using? It's always in the same place for me and easy to find under the 'live' tab. They may need to optimise it for other browsers etc. Or are you using the app? If so, forget everything I have just said. |  |

Chrome on a Chromebook. I log in and then click live. They have the full show and the pre show listed and you just click on it.
Not sure why it would be displaying differently but anything more than basic tech issues are beyond me. | |

Thanks, Did also click 'live', but didn't want the pre-show, and assumed "full show" meant just that, including the video streaming I'm not allowed to receive as a UK resident. Was looking for either "audio stream" or "listen live" buttons, as we used to be presented with! | |
