I've been asked to see if anyone on here has any suggestions of decent restaurants/food pubs etc near Thursford - we're having a family trip in November with 9-12 people, mix of adults and children, and wanting to go somewhere for a meal all together afterwards.

We did the winter festival thing there, and I'd probably recommend heading back to Norwich eat as there wasn't much around there at all.

Depending on what you mean by near. There's The Buckinghamshire Arms at Blickling about 20 minutes down the road, which I thought was very good when I was there. Just by Blickling Hall too, so a nice setting. |  |
