Better get used to it. Unless they change the Saturday afternoon rules the average EFL club gets something like 8 games at 3pm next season.

It's obviously no better in the Prem so either way we're heading for more changes.

Truly impaired.

Seriously detrimental to prematch pub action.

Depending on the outcome of the third round matches, 24th February is possibly the next home Saturday 3pm fixture.

Annoying. Hardly used Town TV the last few months, it’s all been ESPN over here.

The Saturday afternoon rules for telly are a bit of a nonsense. If you’re based more than two hours away then you should be able to watch it (legally). Or if the match is a sell-out, or something like 95% of the seats have been sold, then again, you should legally be able to watch it.

Southampton now away to West Brom on the Friday after a midweek away trip to Bristol City - small but unfavourable change for them.

Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.

Living in Ipswich, home game changes are a minor inconvenience, but it’s a major pain in the arse for away games.

But as others have said, thanks to the new EFL Sky deal, 3pm Saturday games will be a rarity next season.

In my personal opinion all games should be 3pm kick-offs, whether its Man United vs Liverpool or Harrogate Town vs Newport County
