Kieffer Moore 19:46 - Jan 29 with 3702 views | Tommy_ITFC | Apparently David Ornstein had confirmed he's expected to leave Bournemouth on loan and it's between us , Cardiff and Sunderland. Could be a good, experienced head for Al-Hamadi and chip in with some contribution of his own. Not sure how true his availability is though...

Presumably he is the Plan B, if we can't get Sam Gallagher done

He’s done fabulously well for himself. I still see him as a Mcarthy type. Which is fine if you play that way, but we don’t. However, he does have an intelligence /game understanding about him that could serve us well if he signs. Just don’t expect him to replicate Hirst’s pressing and energy. A slightly different skill set but one I think could be an asset.

I wasn't very keen on us getting Moore at the start of the window but now Al-Hamadi is through the door it makes a bit more sense. A nice blend of youth and experience, both with different types of physical strengths - Moore being able to do the hold up play and aerial stuff and Al-Hamadi with better mobility and pressing.

Think Marcus Evans sell before you can buy probably brought that about ?

I'd imagine Moore isn't going to move until the last knockings of deadline day - to whoever panics the most and offers Bournemouth the biggest loan fee. So that one will be on the table come the start of Thursday.
