Just saw a tweet about him and realised on here at least he's not been mentioned in the latest potentials..

Wonder of we might indeed go back for him.

a niche perspective

Not good enough. Think Kieran was thinking Championship with him here. I reckon we have moved on.

I don’t think he’s Prem standard… on 11:22 - May 6 with 1416 viewsBloots

…hence the reason Fulham are loaning him out to the Champ.

Also, you have to question his intelligence and decision making ability!!

I suspect the quality of player we go for will be a good indicator of what our intentions are for next season.

Will we go for Prem quality and give it a real go, or will we go conservative and stick to potential.

Be fun finding out either way.

He'll be playing on loan with Birmingham next season.
Good on him for sticking with Birmingham, but it would seem odd if he turned us down. the thing is, we only hear who we are interested in, we don't know who is first choice.
Some players are worth pursuing when you go up a league, but imagine most players we would have been interested in are no longer of interest considering we are shopping in an entirely different aisle now and the foreign market is probably much better value and open to us now.

Your first sentence there is a prime example of football fan logic.

Assume we don't want Omari or Jeremy for the same reason?

....that has just got promoted to the Premier League, rather than a team that has just got relegated to the 3rd Division.

So your comparison plainly doesn't work.

That's a valid argument, but it's not the one you made.

...I'm not here to argue, life's too short.

Peace and love my friend.
