I'm sadly beginning to accept he may go..Brighton is my main worry from what Phil said below. Got to think of it from KMs point of view I guess. He's achieved 2 promotions with us so he may feel he's done a good job here and leaves us in a much better place than when he started. As the old adage goes, better to quit when you're ahead. If he stays and we bomb in the Premier league then he may not get another shot at the big time.
I will say though I don't remember bigger clubs clammering to sign Lambert when he achieved back to back promotion with the budgies. Its almost like they knew he was just a dud who'd got lucky! |  |
