I assume that it's something like the various specific details relating to the package etc., having been agreed, and perhaps the experts now having had some input on the structure from some sort of tax/accounting point of view.
Either that, or yesterday's appearance in Squires has led Kieran to want to have the image rights section of the contract amended to include mildly satirical cartoons. [Post edited 29 May 2024 18:27]
