Don't imagine anyone is going to meet their dream evaluation of 20m for SS.

In all fairness they survived the drop by a whisker and thus they don't want to lose 27 goals out of a struggling team. Fully understand their stance. Also I think we do deals differently to other teams. Most do cold hard cash, ours are more structured with bigger add ones that need to be triggered in ways which benefit us. Had he been 2 or 3 years younger they'd have got loads for him. But 28 is probably his last big move and unlikely resale value. |  | | |

Might be a bit old school and I’m not sure on how this really works .Obviously I’d appreciate he’d lose money BUT can SS not hand in a transfer request ? I suppose he could ( answering my own question here ) but they don’t have to accept it then let him rot in the ressies
