and have french doors. Whats best for window coverings with that? Vertical blinds or full length curtains? Anyone bought online that you would recommend?
Both are perfectly cromulent options - it all depends, really, on what look you want to go for, and perhaps the degree of insulation you want/need to achieve.
If you want to go all European, you could look at external shutters, which will serve to prevent cold air from even reaching the glazing, then you could do whatever you like internally, without having to worry so much about insulation.
Was going to comment with these. We’ve fitted them to our french doors and they’re the best solution in terms of not needing bulky curtains / blinds. Really easy to fit and not particularly expensive
