I think it must be partially down to preseason and the transfer window being over, with a number of quality targets now on the teamsheet. The stress of it all must have aged him and MA somwehat. Now he can get on with what he knows - planning for the next game and coaching the best out of his players.

Must be good to know you can now do your job bang average and rest on your laurels to secure any future work.

Of course he won't, he wants to win, but it must take heaps of personal pressure off.

He’s earning a fantastic wage, under 40, has two promotions under his belt, a fan base that adore him, owners that back him, an excellent squad to work with, I dare say multiple offers in waiting if he ever fancies a change, and is a manager in the biggest league in the world.

And that’s just his work life, if his personal life is half as good as the above the bloke has no reason to not walk around with a smile on his face.

We’ll be good again... one day
