Nottingham Forest 22/23 should be our benchmark 10:36 - Oct 7 with 849 views | Blaggers12 | I was mulling over the defeat at the weekend, whilst at the same time trying to maintain some perspective - and happened to think over Forest's first season back in the PL, when they bought a load of players and managed to stay up - despite a horrific start of two wins in their first 14 games, which included a 6-0 against Man City, a 5-0 against Arsenal, and a 4-0 against Leicester. Indeed they only score 11 away goals that season all together. At this stage of that season, Forest also had 4 points, were bottom of the table (W1, D1, L6, F6, A21) and yet still managed to come good. I might see how this pans out as a comparison...any thoughts?
Nottingham Forest 22/23 should be our benchmark on 10:47 - Oct 7 with 788 views | EdwardStone | Good comparison Mr B The Mckenna process is good, thorough and effective But it ain't fast He has virtually rebuilt the side this summer and it takes a while for a new side to settle and find their metier I have been unpleasantly surprised by the gulf in standards between top of Championship and the Prem... we are still very much finding our feet Hopefully we improve as the season progresses..... but it is a bumpy road we are travelling
Nottingham Forest 22/23 should be our benchmark on 11:01 - Oct 7 with 734 views | tractorboy1978 | A mate of mine is a Forest fan. We were chatting about home form is crucial. They only picked up 8 points away from home that season. W1 D5 L13. But they picked up 30 points at home. Away games are so, so tough. In both of the last two seasons, 10/20 teams have won 5 or less away games in a season.
