The curious case of Jack Clarke 13:11 - Jan 11 with 2630 viewsFrimleyBlue

1... never looked into Jack's past before and had just assumed he was a Sunderland lad

So I was surprised to see the below clip.

But also more surprised to see him on the right and looking quite effective.

Anyone who tends to watch a lot of non town football over the years know when he switched to the left? Or if this was just a one off game where he played on the right.

Just quite surprised really if he has this in his locker.. how we've not seen him there at all when we lost Ogbene and wes was struggling with his thigh.

When he came through at Leeds he started on the right hand side if I recall correctly. Spurs signed him as a right hand side player. Sunderland was where he started to play off the left I think.

That first line pretty much sums up all of your posts tbf.

A little research before posting doesn’t hurt from time to time.

Not sure how knowing about Jack's past would help when I'm discussing philogenes agent in the other thread but OK.

Good spot. He seems wedded to the left hand side now, but it seems there’s some versatility there if KM wants to use it. I assume Kieran knows all about his past and what he’s capable of, so presumably thinks he’s best on the left 🤷‍♂️

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

His past??? I thought everyone knew that story.

Oh your talking about him initially playing on the right and then moving to the left. It was at Sunderland, as they felt he was consistently more dangerous on the left than the right.
