Wouldn't surprise me greatly, its normally quite clear by 20 years old whether a player has a future at a level you would want them to. He's only 1 year younger than Omari. There's always examples of ones who get away but its pretty rare, and you can't keep hold of everyone. Just need to sell with terms that make it relatively straight forward pay to to reverse the decision should you wish to in the future, or benefit from future sell ons if another club can give him the shop window. |  | | |

If he's surplus to requirements, you can't just stockpile players.
